About the Event

** FREE GIFT FOR ALL ATTENDEES! **

College brings together two things parents care about the most: Their money & their kids. But now the process of applying to college has evolved and highly selective colleges have been deemed ‘highly rejective’ colleges. How can you prepare today for success tomorrow?

Attend this presentation to learn about:

  • activity building
  • essay prep
  • summer planning
  • SAT & ACT updates
  • plus strategies for STEM interests

This presentation also includes a Q&A. Parent(s) are encouraged to attend with their high school student.

Presenter:

John Baier, MS

College Consultant Director

Access College America

John studied at Purdue University. He completed his Bachelor's in psychology and Master's in Health and Kinesiology. As someone fascinated with impacting people's behavior, he took his knowledge of health and behavior change theory and worked with students as an executive functioning specialist.

John's previous work with students helped them to better understand how to create effective organization strategies during the college application process. Additionally, this work also provided insight on how to overcome procrastination to stay on task and complete application components on time.
