Since 2017, Dale has engineered the growth of a multi-layered comprehensive suite of services, including test prep, essay coaching, and specialized consulting for a diverse intake of families.
In his role as CEO, Dale drives the company’s financial performance, overseeing profit and loss management while implementing competitive pricing strategies. He continuously monitors market trends to innovate and expand service offerings, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of the profession. Dale has also led the diversification of the consultant team, aligning expertise with market demands, including experts in career exploration, STEM coaching, and highly selective universities.

Dale holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. He resides in Austin, Texas, with his husband, a Harvard-trained anesthesiologist, and their two children, Charlotte and Elliott Lundie-Price.
